By using the Services or making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old; you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms; the information you provide in connection with a purchase is accurate; and you will use the Services only for lawful purposes.

StepDad Nation does not knowingly sell products directly to minors.

StepDad Nation provides educational digital products designed primarily for stepdads and individuals navigating stepfamily life.

Current and future products may include ebooks, PDF guides, worksheets, checklists, quick-reference materials, challenges, educational resources, and other downloadable or digitally delivered materials.

Our current primary product is 7 Stepdad Survival Skills: A Playbook for the Hardest Moments Nobody Prepared You For.

Product offerings, pricing, content, features, and availability may change from time to time.

Products are delivered electronically. Following a successful purchase, access may be provided through an on-screen download link; an email containing a download link or access instructions; or another electronic delivery method identified at checkout.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to that email account.

If you experience a delivery problem, contact support@stepdadnation.com. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access a product you legitimately purchased.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully completed.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processor Stripe. StepDad Nation does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and billing information.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund transactions reasonably suspected to involve fraud, unauthorized payment methods, abusive purchasing activity, technical pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

Prices displayed on the website may not include applicable sales, use, or similar taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Where required by law, applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.

You remain responsible for any tax obligations that applicable law places directly on you and that are not collected by us.

Unless a different refund policy is clearly disclosed for a particular product before purchase, StepDad Nation provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for digital-product purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email support@stepdadnation.com within 30 calendar days following your purchase. No explanation is required.

Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method.

Once a purchase has been refunded, your license to use the refunded product terminates. You must discontinue use of and delete copies of the refunded materials in your possession or control.

A refund does not give you permission to retain, distribute, reproduce, resell, publish, or otherwise use the refunded materials.

We reserve the right to prevent future purchases by persons engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or repeated misuse of our refund policy.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

Purchasing a StepDad Nation digital product does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property to you.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing, you may not:

• share purchased files with another person;
• forward download links to another person;
• upload materials to publicly accessible websites, forums, file-sharing services, social-media groups, repositories, or databases;
• reproduce or distribute substantial portions of the materials;
• sell, sublicense, rent, license, or commercially exploit the materials;
• create derivative commercial products based substantially upon the materials;
• remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
• scrape or systematically extract the materials;
• incorporate the materials into another commercial product, service, course, membership, database, or content library;
• use the materials to train, fine-tune, populate, benchmark, develop, or improve an artificial-intelligence system, machine-learning model, chatbot, knowledge base, dataset, or competing product or service; or
• assist another person in doing any of the foregoing.

Purchasing one copy does not constitute a household, organization, group, professional, coaching, counseling, or commercial license.

The Services and their contents - including text, frameworks, graphics, branding, illustrations, designs, layouts, downloadable materials, logos, trademarks, and other original content - are owned by or licensed to MEMBER ACE LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

'StepDad Nation,' associated branding, and proprietary frameworks and terminology used in our materials may constitute trademarks, trade dress, copyrighted material, or other proprietary intellectual property.

Except for the limited personal-use license expressly granted by these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

StepDad Nation provides general educational and informational materials.

The Services are not intended to constitute, and should not be relied upon as, psychotherapy; psychological treatment; psychiatric treatment; medical advice; diagnosis; counseling; professional child-development advice; legal advice; custody advice; family-law advice; crisis intervention; or individualized professional guidance.

Nothing provided through StepDad Nation creates a therapist-client, counselor-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

The Services are not a substitute for qualified professional assistance appropriate to your specific circumstances.

Stepfamilies are complex and differ substantially from one another.

Factors such as a child's age, development, history, relationships, household arrangements, custody arrangements, safety considerations, family dynamics, and other circumstances may affect whether a particular idea or approach is appropriate.

Examples, scenarios, scripts, frameworks, interpretations, and suggested approaches provided by StepDad Nation are general educational tools. They are not individualized assessments and may not apply to your circumstances.

You remain responsible for evaluating information and exercising your own judgment.

Descriptions of what a child, spouse, former spouse, parent, or other person may be feeling, thinking, experiencing, or attempting to communicate are offered only as possible interpretations.

Results and experiences vary. Your decisions, behavior, circumstances, and outcomes remain your responsibility.

We may correct errors, update materials, discontinue content, or modify the Services from time to time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE.'

MEMBER ACE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY INDIVIDUAL OR FAMILY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEMBER ACE LLC, STEPDAD NATION, AND THEIR OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR DIGITAL PRODUCTS.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMED DAMAGES INVOLVING RELATIONSHIPS, FAMILY CONFLICT, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE UPON THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO A PARTICULAR PRODUCT, TRANSACTION, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO STEPDAD NATION FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM; OR (B) $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MEMBER ACE LLC, StepDad Nation, and their owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or relating to your unlawful use of the Services; your violation of these Terms; your infringement or misuse of our intellectual property; your unauthorized redistribution or commercial exploitation of our products; or your violation of another person's rights.

This provision does not require indemnification for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

If you believe a transaction is incorrect or you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please contact support@stepdadnation.com before initiating a chargeback so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising legitimate rights provided by your payment-card issuer or applicable law.

Knowingly initiating a fraudulent chargeback, falsely claiming that a legitimate transaction was unauthorized, or retaining and using refunded digital materials may constitute a violation of these Terms.

Before initiating arbitration or litigation relating to these Terms or the Services, you and MEMBER ACE LLC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

A party initiating a dispute must provide written notice describing the party's name and contact information; the nature of the dispute; the transaction involved, if applicable; and the requested resolution.

The parties will have at least 30 days after receipt of a complete notice to attempt informal resolution before commencing arbitration, except where immediate equitable relief is reasonably necessary.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Except for disputes eligible for small-claims court and claims seeking appropriate injunctive relief concerning intellectual-property infringement or misuse, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, a purchase, or the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than a lawsuit in court.

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) pursuant to its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms and subject to applicable law.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.

Arbitration may be conducted by telephone, videoconference, written submissions, or another reasonably appropriate method permitted by the applicable rules.

The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies that would be available in court to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual action in a court of competent jurisdiction that qualifies as small-claims court.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND MEMBER ACE LLC AGREE THAT CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PARTICIPANT IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Unless both parties expressly agree otherwise, an arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person or preside over a representative or class proceeding.

TO THE EXTENT A DISPUTE IS PERMITTED TO PROCEED IN COURT RATHER THAN ARBITRATION, YOU AND MEMBER ACE LLC KNOWINGLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where federal law applies.

For disputes that are not subject to arbitration and that are not properly brought in another legally required venue, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction over Archer County, Texas, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will display a new effective or updated date.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Material changes will not retroactively eliminate rights you have already acquired under a completed purchase.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms, fraud, intellectual-property misuse, unlawful activity, security threats, or other conduct reasonably necessary to protect StepDad Nation or others.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-resolution provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, change of control, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms clearly presented at checkout, constitute the agreement between you and MEMBER ACE LLC regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject matter.
